Every driver and driver assistant on MamaSafe Ride is authenticated with their national ID before they can operate a route. Schools and parents can see exactly who is driving each vehicle — name, photo and verification status — so there are never unknown drivers behind the wheel.
When an emergency, breakdown, flat tyre, road disruption or unexpected delay occurs, the driver or assistant reports it in one tap. The alert is pushed immediately to the school's transport office and to all affected parents with the vehicle's live location, so everyone is informed and can respond within seconds.
